1. Donations Are Non-Refundable

All donations made to Joshaba Udyog Vikas Mission are final and non-refundable. Once a donation has been processed, it cannot be cancelled or returned, except in exceptional cases of error.

2. Duplicate or Error in Donation

If you believe you have made a duplicate payment or there was an error in the donation amount, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. After verifying the transaction details, we may process a refund at our sole discretion.

3. Unauthorized Transactions

If you notice an unauthorized or fraudulent transaction on your bank or card statement related to our organization, please notify us and your financial institution immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue appropriately.

4. Cancellation Policy

As donations are voluntary and immediate, cancellation requests are not accepted once the donation is confirmed. We encourage donors to double-check details before submitting.
